Terms and Conditions
Updated 8 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Calm Money, a service provided by Conversation of Money Ltd (5 Brayford Close, London, E1 0SG) (“we,” “our,” “us,” or the “Company”). By registering for, purchasing, or otherwise using Calm Money, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
1. Nature of the Service
Calm Money is a financial education and implementation programme. It is designed to help you build practical systems around budgeting, debt reduction, financial stability, and investing.
Calm Money is financial education, not regulated financial advice. Nothing provided through the Service, including modules, coaching sessions, live calls, WhatsApp messages, meet-ups, or communication with Peter Komolafe or any other member of the team, constitutes personalised financial advice under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA). You should seek regulated independent financial advice before making significant financial decisions specific to your circumstances.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register for or use Calm Money. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this age requirement.
3. Registration and Your Account
When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
Your account, login details, and access to Calm Money are personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to any other person, including friends, family members, colleagues, or any third party. This includes sharing passwords, login links, or downloaded materials to grant access to someone who has not purchased the programme. If we reasonably believe your account is being shared or accessed by someone other than you, we may suspend or terminate your access without refund.
4. Options, Pricing and Payment
Calm Money is available in three options. Every option includes the five modules (Module 0, Reset, to Module 4, From Stability to Investing), the money personality test, the practical tools, membership of the Calm Money community, a recorded monthly update from Peter, the workshop library, and 12 months’ access to all of these.
- At your pace (£397). The content library, community, monthly update and workshop library, worked through at your own pace. It does not include coaching sessions, live calls or direct access to Peter.
- At your pace with coaching (£1,297). Everything in At your pace, plus an onboarding call and four coaching sessions with Peter, one every three months across 12 months from the date of purchase.
- 12 months of full support (£2,997). Everything in At your pace with coaching, plus a professional review of your practical exercises at your onboarding call, 12 live online group calls (one a month), direct access to Peter on WhatsApp, and two in-person meet-ups in the UK. For this option, the onboarding call, the four coaching sessions and everything else run for 12 months from the start of your intake. This option runs in intakes of up to 10 people. Joining the waitlist does not reserve a place or commit you to buying. When an intake opens, we review applications and may decline one without giving a reason. No payment is taken unless your application is accepted.
The Calm Money Sprint (£47). A separate, shorter programme: three live 90-minute online sessions on Zoom, on consecutive days, hosted by Peter. One ticket covers two people from the same household. The dates and times are shown on the booking page. The Sprint does not include access to the content library or any of the options above.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Payment is taken in full at checkout, or in instalments where an instalment option is shown at checkout. At your pace with coaching can be paid as £397 at checkout followed by nine monthly payments of £100, £1,297 in total, with no interest or other charges. 12 months of full support can also be paid in instalments, with no interest or other charges; we will confirm the amounts and dates before you pay. If you pay in instalments, you agree to pay each instalment when it falls due, and we may pause your access to coaching and support while a payment is overdue. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe; we do not store your full card details ourselves.
5. Your 12 Months and Renewal
Your access lasts 12 months from the date you join, or, for 12 months of full support, from the start of your intake. This covers the content library, community, monthly update and workshop library and, depending on your option, coaching sessions, live calls, WhatsApp access and meet-ups. Any sessions, calls or meet-ups you have not used by the end of the 12 months expire.
Before your 12 months end, we will email you with the option to renew your access to the content library, community, monthly update and workshop library for a further 12 months, and the price of doing so. Renewal is optional and never automatic: we will not take any payment unless you choose to renew. If you do not renew, your access ends when your 12 months end.
If we ever close the programme while your access is active, we will give you reasonable notice before it ends.
6. Community, Monthly Update, Coaching Sessions, Live Calls and Meet-ups
The monthly update is a recorded video from Peter, published once a month during your 12 months. It is general financial education, not financial advice, and it is not interactive: it does not answer individual questions.
The workshop library contains recordings of past workshops. We may add to it, and we may remove or replace recordings that become out of date.
The community is a space for members to support each other. Peter does not answer individual questions there; questions for Peter belong in coaching sessions and live calls, for the options that include them. You must treat other members with respect and keep what they share private. We may remove posts, or suspend your access to the community, if you do not.
We will give you the dates for coaching sessions, live calls and meet-ups in advance. If you cannot attend a one-to-one session, tell us at least 24 hours before it starts and we will rearrange it. A session missed without that notice may not be rearranged.
Group calls go ahead as scheduled whether or not you can attend.
Meet-ups take place in the UK. You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation and other costs of attending. If we need to move or cancel a meet-up, we will give you as much notice as we can and offer an alternative date, but we are not responsible for travel or other costs you have already paid.
7. Your Right to Cancel and Refunds
Your legal right to cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel. When you buy, we will ask you to agree that your access to the content library starts immediately and to acknowledge that, once it starts, you lose your right to cancel the digital content. For coaching and support, if you ask for sessions to start within those 14 days and then cancel, we may deduct an amount for the services already provided.
Cancelling the Calm Money Sprint. You have 14 days from the day you book to cancel. Where the Sprint starts within those 14 days, we will ask you at checkout to confirm that you want it to start during that period, and to acknowledge what that means for cancelling:
- If you cancel before the first session starts, we will refund the £47 in full.
- If you cancel after the first session has started, we will refund the £47 less the value of the sessions already delivered. Each session is valued at one third of the price.
- Once all three sessions have taken place, the Sprint is complete and you can no longer cancel.
Not attending a session does not cancel your booking, and sessions you miss are not refunded. If we need to move or cancel a session, we will offer you another date or a refund for that session. To cancel, email us at the address in Section 14 and tell us that you want to cancel. Refunds are paid to the card you paid with within 14 days of us receiving your request.
Our 30-day coaching guarantee. Our coaching options are built around action, so our guarantee is too. If you have completed Module 0 and attended your onboarding call, and still feel the coaching is not right for you, email us within 30 days of joining and we will refund your coaching fee.
Your coaching fee is the price of your option less the At your pace price of £397: £900 for At your pace with coaching and £2,600 for 12 months of full support. The £397 covers the content library, which you have full access to from the day you join, so it is not refunded. You keep At your pace (the content library, community, monthly update and workshop library) for the rest of your 12 months; your coaching sessions, calls, WhatsApp access and meet-ups end.
If you are paying in instalments, we refund anything you have paid above £397 and cancel any payments still to come.
The guarantee does not apply if you have broken Section 8, for example by recording, downloading or sharing the content.
At your pace. At your pace is the content library itself, and you get all of it as soon as you join, so it is not refundable once your access has started, unless it is faulty or not as described.
To ask for a refund, email us at the address in Section 14. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Access and Licence
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Calm Money programme content, coaching and support included in your option, for your own personal financial education. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or use the content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
Copying, recording and downloading. The programme is for you to use inside Calm Money. You must not:
- record, screen-record or capture audio from any lesson, video, workshop, live call or coaching session;
- download, save or scrape the content, except materials we offer as downloads (such as worksheets and guides), which are for your own personal use only;
- copy or transcribe the content, or upload any of it to a website, file-sharing service, social media platform or AI tool;
- share the content, downloads or any recording with anyone who has not bought Calm Money.
If you do, we may end your access straight away without a refund, including under our guarantee, and we may take legal action to protect our content.
9. Conduct in Calls, WhatsApp and Meet-ups
If your option includes live calls, WhatsApp access or meet-ups, you agree to:
- Treat other members and the team with respect
- Not share other members’ personal information or financial details without their consent
- Not use calls, WhatsApp or meet-ups to promote unrelated products, services, or solicitations
- Not share paid programme content outside Calm Money
We reserve the right to remove anyone from calls, WhatsApp or meet-ups, without refund, for conduct that we reasonably believe breaches these standards or is otherwise harmful to other members.
10. Intellectual Property
All content within Calm Money, including modules, videos, worksheets, frameworks, and materials shared in coaching, calls and meet-ups, is the intellectual property of Conversation of Money Ltd and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without our prior written permission.
11. No Guarantee of Results
While Calm Money is designed to help you build a practical financial system, we do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, result, or level of income, savings, or debt reduction. Dates and figures produced by the calculator on our website are estimates based on the information you enter, not predictions or promises. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own actions, circumstances, and the wider economic environment.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conversation of Money Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, for example by email or a notice on the website, before the changes take effect. Changes will not reduce what is included in an option you have already bought. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Calm Money will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
If you have any questions about these Terms, contact us at: hello@peterkomolafe.com
